For New Students – General Guidelines

Important Information

  • Regular attendance is mandatory. College timings: 8:45 am – 4:00 pm (weekdays).
  • MPC: Integrated EAPCET + JEE Mains coaching
    BPC: Integrated NEET coaching
    MEC/CEC: Integrated CA Foundation / CLAT / other exams
    Coaching timings: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • All class tests, unit tests, terminal & pre-final exams are compulsory.
  • Cell phones, smartwatches, earpods & self-driven vehicles are **strictly prohibited**. Items will be confiscated until end of Intermediate course.
  • College uniform is compulsory every day (including birthdays).
  • Submit all original documents at the earliest. Keep photocopies safely.
Guidelines For Parents
  • Maintain regular contact with college authorities.
  • Provide & immediately update mobile/landline numbers in writing.
  • Pay 1st term fee at admission and 2nd term fee in August.
  • Personally attend Parent–Teacher meetings and collect progress reports after every unit test, quarterly, half-yearly & pre-final exams.
  • Avoid planning deeksha, long pilgrimages, religious functions or outstation tours during the two-year Intermediate course.
  • Do not call the college to send your ward home.
  • For urgent leave: Parents/guardian must personally meet Principal for half-day permission. No student will be sent home alone.
  • Students are not allowed to create/form college-related social media groups or gather for unauthorized activities (strict disciplinary action will be taken).
  • Download the College App to receive all notices & messages.
  • Meet concerned lecturers at least once every two months.
Uniform – Girls

Prescribed uniform (available readymade in college) is compulsory on all working days including birthdays.

  • Black flat shoes only.
  • Hair in one or two plaits at the back (no open hair, ponytails allowed).
  • Only simple ear studs permitted – no other jewellery.
  • No long nails, nail polish, lip gloss or makeup.
  • Non-compliance → sent home to change (can return by 11:00 am in proper uniform).
  • No alterations to uniform allowed.
  • Navy blue pullovers/cardigans available for winter.
Uniform – Boys

Prescribed uniform (available readymade in college) is compulsory on all working days including birthdays.

  • Black uniform trousers + plain black belt.
  • Black formal shoes + black socks (no slippers/flip-flops).
  • Simple haircut only – no long hair or fancy styles.
  • No ear studs, bracelets, large watches, wristbands or religious threads.
  • Religious deeksha/penance during course tenure is strongly discouraged.
  • Non-compliance (uniform / haircut / shave) → sent home to correct (return by 11:00 am).
  • No alterations to uniform (especially trousers).
